In This Video I discuss what happened when I lowered my Testosterone from 200mg per week to 180mg.

MY STORY

My name is Noah and on May 18 2011, I had a rare reaction to a vaccine called VIVITROL and consequently spiraled into a major, agitated, suicidal depression with depersonalization. I lost 25 lbs in 4 weeks and was in full panic or near panic for 8 weeks straight mixed with the darkest most painful depression I cold have ever imagined. I immediately could not work and had to move in with my parents who along with many siblings and friends had to watch me 24/7 as I was so suicidal. I was eventually hospitalized. Getting through each day seemed truly unbearable and I knew I would surely die. I have been put on many many different SSRI's SNRI's Tricyclics, Mood stabilizers, anti psychotics, holistic meds, acupuncture and even a form of shock therapy called RTMS. I barely saw any improvement in my condition for a full year. It was decided I had treatment resistant depression and I spent nearly every moment in tears. Weeks after starting my newest round of medications (Seroquel & Nortryptaline) as a last ditch effort, I had my blood drawn for possible hormone imbalances and my Testosterone levels came back 200 ng/Dl and 150 ng/Dl. The average 25 year old male has 750 ng/Dl. With this discovery I for the first time had any type of possible explanation as to why I was not getting better and why I might be so so sick. The symptoms of such Low T are very similar to those of major depression. I started Testosterone replacement therapy soon after and have been checking in with the world and documenting my experience with treatment. I am blessed to say that I have slowly over the last 8 months been improving and becoming more stable which I never thought to be possible. My low T manifested itself in the form of Major depression, anxiety, and depersonalization/ derealization for over a year. I am glad to report that I have experienced improvements in all areas and that is a miracle. I do not consider myself to be totally healed yet but I am closer now then ever before and aim to use what I have been through to help or at least offer support to others in need.

  1. Bro I feel you… I came back from overseas and I was hospitalized twice
for depressin and anxiety… put on all sorts of meds and therapy and just
recently got my hormone levels tested and diagnosed with low test. Im in my
first week and I feel better already!! 😀 I have a bit of acne coming on
but it’s nothing compared to how I was feeling when I wanted to commit
suicide. My life is so much better. Thanks for your videos.

  2. Buddy I have the same problem. Except I have been running 400mg weekly. If
I go more than 7 days w/o injecting, I suffer physically and mentally.
Because of this, I have decided to not add another compound. It’s
    addictive.

  3. stay strong bignoknow!! Keep up the good work bro! 🙂 there’s always a
light at the end of the tunnel. glad to see you’re doing well.

    1. +michael rko kilpatrick i am on TRT.
My GP put me onto 1 shot of Sustanon per month
but i am also switching to 1 shot per week of Test Cypionate.

  4. Thank you for sharing such a painful and personal reality so the rest of us
can learn from your experience; everybody loves you for your selfless
commitment to educating he public through these dreadful events.

  5. I was told by my doctor that I had VERY low T…so I was given my first
shot right before Christmas. My andropause feelings all but went away…and
felt a bit better! Was given 1 shot/month of 100ml (which seems stupid low
for how low I was told I was. After…2 weeks…I felt the decline. Just
slipping. Last week has been BAD…with ALL of the symptoms
    returning….fatigue…sleeping ALL the
    time…anxiety….depression….sweats. I should be on a higher dose….and
it just seems like 4 weeks between shots is a recipe for a crash every
    month. Feels like I should be 100ml 2xmonth. I f
started feeling ok…but that shouldn’t last less than 2 weeks, right? And
now it’s feeling like what I’ve heard opioid withdrawal as…..unpleasant.
    Any advice??

    1. Unless you are on a LONG ACTING ester such as undecanoate, your doc should
be prescribing you the injections every 7-10 days. 14 days max! Also, since
u said u only are on 100mg, it must be a short acting ester such as
cypionate or enanthate. I know this is a relatively old post, but hopefully
your doc increased your dose, or you saw a doc who actually knows what they
      are doing.

    2. +Brian Griffin Thanks for your reply. Yes…things have changed, for the
better, over the past few months. I am now ob 100 ml’s once a week….which
puts me right where I need to be. They had me on a 14 day cycle…but even
that was too long. I was reeeeally in the tank at 14 days, so I’ve been
doing well with the weekly cypionate cycle. I DO get tired the night OF the
injection, which is a weird side effect…but other than that, all is well!

    3. +mydejavooo1 glad to hear that! Are you in the u.s.? Im only asking because
I am on cypionate as well, & every pharmacy in southeastern PA is out of
it! They all say that its on back order, & have no idea when they are
getting more….and Im almost due for a refill

    4. +Brian Griffin Really???? Cypionate on backorder?? THAT’LL be a real treat
if we ever run out of that! Yeah, I’m over in Idaho…and Cypionate is
still readily available here….knock on wood. I usually have to get a
bottle about once every month (little over I guess)….so it’s not like
they give us a 3 month supply of the stuff. Not sure why they would have to
backorder something like that….unless it’s tied to everything else going
on in our country right now…..but that’s pure speculation. Hope I’m
wrong…and I hope you get what you need right away! Oh.. and just
curious…what gauge of needle do you use? I’m drawing with a 21G and
      injecting with a 25G x 1″. Never feel a thing.

    5. +mydejavooo1 yeah, it’s crazy man. I think that big pharma is trying to get
people on TRT in certain areas to switch to the more expensive useless gels
& creams. Before my doc put me on cyp, he tried androgel, & that was
horribly ineffective. But, it costs $500 or so for a month supply. That’s
      my 2 cents anyway

  6. Can you have low testosterone even while still getting morning erections?
Just wondering if anyone’s getting diagnosed with low T when they’re
plumbing is still rising to the occasion.

  7. I’m on hrt too. I stopped cold Turkey. after a couple of months I started
to get these symptoms too. this video helped me a lot. thank u!!!!!

  8. Hey man, why HRT tho? There are good drugs like Clomid that increase the T
production. Has your doctor considered it before going crazy?

  9. is it better to stay off of it because layoffs make you feel terrible. Some
kind of an emotional control. I played and see how it can escalate matters.

  10. wow so 1200 ng/dl was your new normal. I just lowered my dose from
500mg/week to 250mg/week and i’ve noticed an uptick in my chest acne, but
that’s all. I just started with the intention of a blast/cruise trt
protocol, but now i’m curious to come off and see how I do. It’s been 6
months since i started. I began on 250mg of sustanon a week for the first
10 weeks, then moved up to 500mg of test e and 400mg of EQ for 15 weeks,
and then I went to just 500mg of test e for like 2-3 weeks and last week I
decided to go to 250mg test E every 5 days.

I did bloods while one 500mg of test e/400mg eq and my total T was 3000 and
my free T was 112 while my estrogen was only 22 (didn’t check my DHT but
that was probably high if my estrogen was fine). BTW my pre test blood draw
was 375 total and 6.8 free. I guess I’m going to get my hands on some HCG
to take for a while while I remain on, then grab some clomid and hold on!
Also, im 37 years old, 195 with like 14% bf.

  11. Thats interesting, I took test 250mg/ml for about two years. I was taking
the whole ml a week and I reduced it every two weeks. first reduction was
to .8, then to .6, then to .4 and I stopped after that. No withdrawals. I
actually had low testosterone and it was happening because of Sleep Apnea.
My sleep apnea correction (CPAP machine) corrected my testosterone
production which could be similar to a PCT. No withdrawals when you wean
    off just right though.

  12. Vivitrol isn’t a vaccine its so that it can help you stay off of the
opiates I dont think that it was a reaction to Vivitrol I think that your
body might have still had some sort of opiate in your system or suboxone
and when you took took the vivitrol shot it put you into some sort of
withdrawal from the opiates plus your kow T probably intensified it
