  4. Great advice! I follow each point you’ve mentioned, but, forgiveness isn’t
    so easy for me. My ex wife cheated on me 3 years ago, and I filed for
    divorce. That’s been the only point which I’ve not addressed for my T
    levels. However, my free T and total T are in the normal range, and I’m 45
    years old, and train hard, heavy and eat exactly as you stated, including
