  2. Been pumping since July and I literally just figured out how to use this
    thing properly as in gettin a good seal this month, month 3.. Just figured
    out how to get the best pump mayb this week lol your results will taper if
    you don’t pump all the way, sure it’ll be bigger but nowhere close to
    pumping until you can’t anymore it may seem uncomfortable at 1st which is
    why I wasn’t but you get used to it and man are the results way better..
    but my question is how do I get these gains permanent I pump for the entire
    20 minutes each session are you saying I should go 5 minutes longer? and
    also I jus started using size genetics this week and I honestly don’t know
    if I’m using it properly any help there would be greatly appreciated!!
