SOME OF MY STORY: 6 months ago I had my blood drawn and my Testosterone levels came back 200 ng/Dl and 150 ng/Dl. The average 25 year old male has 750 ng/Dl. I started Testosterone replacement therapy soon after and have been checking in with the world and documenting my experience with treatment. My low T manifested itself in the form of Major depression, anxiety, and depersonalization/ derealization for over a year. I am glad to report that I have experienced improvements in all areas and that is a miracle.

  1. hey dude, great video! im trying to tackle my anxiety issues in the same
way as you are by going about it through the body instead of the mind, i
changed my diet to health foods and drink plenty of water etc and excersise
everyday, i do weights sometimes and do manual labour jobs to help raise my
testosterone and it has been helping me alot but i still have my bad days
sometimes. how is the T theropy going now? is it still helping you?

  2. Bro i dont want to burst your bubble! But being in antidepressant lowers
your testosterone! That could of be the reason why you were diagnosed with
    low t!

But then again i was on steroids for bodybuilding and when i come off them
suffered baaaaad anxiety so i hope low t is the cause then i can fix myself

  3. Appreciate you sharing this. I just started Test. Cypionate the 13th of
December. I am 34, and my level was under 200.. Doctor didn’t hesitate to
put me on injections.. there was no “Does he need it, or not..” it was
pretty clear. He started me on 200mg per week. To give myself injections
in the muscle (1cc/ml). He also put me on Arimidex one time per week. (An
Estrogen blocker). The only common thing he did not put me on or mention
was HCG. He did mention that if I wanted kids we’d need to work that out
in the future due to fertility issues from TRT.

But, people (and myself before now).. though of testosterone as the
muscular frame, the square jawline.. etc.. Features I tend to have.. as I
naturally put on muscle easily.. but the last 6+ years for me have been
going DOWN hill, and no doctor could find anything to do.. I tried many
antidepressants and they did nothing. I gave up with the docs.. and was in
the state you were in for years.

Finally I decided to go back to try another doctor my sister uses,.. and
I’m glad I did. In literally 48 hours he found out two big problems with
me that other doctors never did. I went in, he seemed super smart, he had
8 vials of blood drawn, and I came back 48 hours later to talk about the
    results.

I had very low Tesosterone obviously.. and I had a Vitamin D level of 4.
For the Test, he prescribed the therapeutic injections once per week,.. for
Vitamin D, he said go buy vitamin d3 at the pharmacy and take it once a day
    with your biggest meal.

Physically I had (and still do ) the low energy, fatigue, weakness all
over, weakness in muscles,.. feel “brittle”.. no vitality,. no sense of
well being.. and PAIN. Oh wow, I hurt bad,.. mainly in my spine/back/neck.

Mentally — I had/have bad anxiety (for no reason),.. Depression (for no
logical reason),.. lack of motivation,.. apathy, .. suicidal thoughts…
hopelessness.. BRAIN FOG 24/7.. even weird vision issues that the eye
doctors can’t figure out. I hope it’s just all related to my Vitamin D and
    Testosterone.

I’m glad you mentioned it wasn’t “immediate” for you mentally.. that it
took 5-6 weeks to start feeling something lifting mentally. Because I’m at
13-14 days in.. and I can sort of tell something is going on.. but it’s no
miracle at the 2 week mark. I am desperate for help,.. and you would think
with my levels of these two things being so drastically low for a 34 yr old
man.. bringing them back to normal levels would solve SOME of the issues.
    Time shall tell.

    Thanks again for sharing.

  4. when something happens in my life that is very upsetting i go into a dream
state too and feel as tho i want to take my life. years ago around 1999 i
had a terrible episode when i had experienced a traumatic event “EVERYTHING

  7. Totally appreciate you my friend! You have been my only guide in finding
out what this is and what to do!! My T was a 210 and I’m 29! I’m only 2
weeks into testosterone shots so it’s taking time but at least I now have
hope. I picked up ceralin forte and am also reading a book entitled
stranger in the mirror that is dedicated to dissociative issues. Can’t
thank you enough for being the only voice of hope I found.
